MergerID is SSL Encrypted. The sign-in information members submit is protected by 128 bit encryption technology to ensure it remains private post log in.

All members are vetted to ensure they are credible M&A practitioners and are contracted to confidentiality (Code of Conduct).

An oversight board is in place to ensure compliance with professional standards and requirements of MergerID.

An internal information barrier is there to prevent all sales and support personnel from accessing the content/data of MergerID participants.
